What do they need to know?
The changed and development which have occured over the past x amount of years, until the present day. (timescale will depend upon reaserch.
Why do they need to know?
So they can understand how street signs have developed over the past x years.
What will they respond to?
Some form of instruction in order to prevoke the flipping of the pages.
What research is required?
Photographic collection of road signs of various conditions and ages.
Finding out the ages of certain street sign styles.
Book manufacture.
